     I have some surplus hardware that is looking for a good home.  Perhaps
one or two of your refugee families could use these:

     Sony VAIO PVC-7762
     Intel P-4 2.4 GHZ
     1.5 Gb Ram
     80 Gb HDD

     Compaq Presario 6370US
     Intel P4 2.53 GHZ
     1 Gb RAM
     120 Gb HDD

     HP M700 CRT Monitor

     Both PCs have a fresh Ubuntu 10.4 installation with patches up to some
time late last week.

     I'm on the NW side of town near Sea World & Northwest Vista College.
If you can use these, let me know how you'd like to arrange transfer.
