A temporary to permenant position is available for a Linux Administrator.  You would be giving tier II and III level support to 25,000 users and 700 Linux/UNIX servers.  You would be troubleshooting remotely.  

 


Requirements:




	- 
5+ years of Linux Administrattion experience on the Software side. 



	- 
Extensive knowledge and operational background in systems DB knowledge and customer support.   



	- 
Must have excellent communication skills 


Plus:  Linux Certification.  Red Hat is the flavor of choice for the courts.)

John, the PowerEdge is a dual P3 1.13ghz machine with 1.5GB of RAM. 
Currently it has a 18gig SCSI drive with CentOS. The CD drive is a 
little bit flaky though. I actually got it from another SATLUG member 
for no charge about 2 years ago. It has served its duty for me and has 
recently been replaced by a Core2 machine. If you still want it, its 
yours.
