I saw my problem and fixed it, however now Firefox is telling me it
cannot load the page because of an endless loop. What I have is:

RewriteEngine On
ReWriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} domain-a.org
ReWriteRule .* http://domain-b.uthscsa.edu

I don't see a loop.
