[SATLUG] OT: local paging providers.

Hello folks, 

I live in Boerne and I am having a hell of a time with
skytel, I used to live 3 miles towards El Paso from
where I am now, just west or NW from route 46 on I-10
and my skytel device used to work as a charm over
there, but in the last few weeks, I've been having a
lot of problems receiving alerts.

I've already called SkyTel and basically they didn't
offer any solution to the case, I don't need the fancy
2-way service I use right now, just plain old reliable
paging service.
