Buy an HP hx4700 and load "Familiar" on it.  That's pretty much 
state-of-the-art for the previous generation of handheld devices, 
with pretty full support for the built-in CompactFlash, Bluetooth, 
WiFi, SecureDigital, 640x480 screen, etc....
