[SATLUG] Webmin authentication errors

She was trying to login to her Webmin account and Webmin said
something like "Too many authentication attempts". I found a setting
in Webmin that does this after 5 login attempts and times the account
out for 60 seconds. I guess she was trying over and over again. After
she waited awhile, she could login again.
