[SATLUG] nic card driver load problem

I know this is going to sound simple, but I can't rembember.

I installed linux on a hd using one motherboard, because the one I was going
to use won't boot from cd (yes, it's old - 667 MHz Celeron).  It had a
built-in nic, RTL8139 chip - detected and installed. worked fine. (apt-get
pulled packages and eth0 was present and ok) Put in the board I wanted to
use, put nic in pci slot (also RTL8139 chip) and no eth0, and can't remember
how to "insist" a module to load.
