This is the first time I've ever gotten one of these. I was wondering
if I would ever hear from smartd in this lifetime:
> The following warning/error was logged by the smartd daemon:
> Device: /dev/hdb, 1 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors
> For details see host's SYSLOG (default: /var/log/messages).
> You can also use the smartctl utility for further investigation.
> No additional email messages about this problem will be sent.
So I ran smartctl:
[scarolan at computer ~]$ sudo smartctl -H /dev/hdb
smartctl version 5.36 [i686-redhat-linux-gnu] Copyright (C) 2002-6 Bruce Allen

SMART overall-health self-assessment test result: PASSED
Is there anything to be concerned about here?
