[SATLUG] Putting together an AMP stack

There are a lot of upgrades in the PHP5 that i really missed out on since i was stuck with 4(very frustrating...sum things i had to do the hard way) anyways...I saw something similiar already out on PortableApps, i think it was XAMPP tho. Very nice, but  not as small as i had hoped

I wouldn't recommend PHP 4.  End of life is December 31 and security patches
will stop August of next year. Even those patches will be on a case-by-case
basis. I'm not saying PHP 5 is perfect, but no point in giving out a dying
release.
