[SATLUG] Heartbeat

I've never used HeartBeat, but it looks pretty interesting. When I
have more time to fool around with it, I likely will. If there isn't a
way to do it within HeartBeat (not saying there isn't, just that I've
got no idea), looks like you could use swatch to kick off a script
based on log entries. The log entries from the docs seem to be pretty
clear indicators about node state.
