I only get one HD stream at a time, so if your recording Heros in HD and
want to watch another channel you can only do it in standard definition. I
would agree that http://www.uverseusers.com/ is a great place to get your
latest information. There are some techs from AT&T on there also some very
knowledgeable users. They will be able to better explain why you only get
the one channel and the like .
