I've used a few.. from the very very basic (oddmuse) to the nicer big ones 
(MediaWiki) and a couple others (kwiki, drupal+modules)...  

For features, ease, and all around features (LDAP-auth, modules, usability, 
open-ness, etc).. MediaWiki wins in my book.  And hey... if it's good enough 
for Wikipedia... it's good enough for me.. ;)
