[SATLUG] Linux-based home NAS

I need to upgrade my home storage/backup server to something faster
than my nslu2 (slug).  I'm eyeing this kurobox pro:

Are there any other devices that might meet my needs?  Here are the
requirements:

*  Low power consumption
*  No fan, or a very quiet fan
*  Minimum 128mb RAM
*  Samba
*  Able to run rtorrent, rsync
*  2 or more USB 2.0 ports
