It's not an opinion.  I was on the operations room floor.  I was a
technician at the time, and didn't get my degree until years later.

Yes, I was involved in the coding and programming, and even if I wasn't
involved in Congressional budget hearings, we had a pretty good idea of
what was going on.

But as far as the political spite part, I don't see where you come up
with that, but since you top-posted, apparently whatever I said was
irrelevant to your discussion to begin with.
