If you're really stuck with it, go ahead and install the versions on the CD, 
then see the Fedora Legacy project to get updated packages that are built 
specifically for that distribution in an automated and easily-manageable 
fashion.  The Fedora Legacy project is part of the Fedora Project and is 
sponsored by Red Hat, Inc., so you can assure Management that you're getting 
packages from the most reliable source available.
