Hey guys sorry to post this as it is an oracle job not a sys admin job
but we are currently looking for someone here in San Antonio for an
oracle developer position. These are the requirements for the job they
gave me, if you have any questions feel free to ask however i am just a
lowly sys admin not an oracle developer so I don't know 100% what they
do. The hardest part we are having filling this job is you need an
adjudicated NAC (National Agency Check), if you were in the military
you might have had one. If anyone is interested feel free to contact
me. This is a contractor position.
Oracle Fed HR Developer Positions: There is currently one Oracle
developer position available in San Antonio. Two hard requirements
are an adjudicated NAC (National Agency Check) and either Oracle Fed HR
(preferred) or Oracle HR experience
Perform requirements analysis, to include working with the CPMS
functional team to understand and define the NSPS requirements.
Conduct technical activity to set up the NSPS development
environment, identify preliminary design solution alternatives, plan
for the conversion requirements, and begin development activity based
on completed requirements. Analyze existing payroll interfaces and
data feeds to determine where modifications need to be made to
accommodate NSPS required changes. Coordinate with CPMS and Oracle
to determine which code changes should be implemented in Oracle's
Fed HR application software.
Analyze and study complex system design and development requirements.
Manage software development and support using formal specifications,
functional requirement documentation, data flow diagrams, other
accepted design techniques, and Computer Aided Software Engineering
(CASE) tools. Interpret software requirements and design
specifications to code, and integrate and test software components.
Uses PL SQL, Java, Oracle Workflow, or other Oracle software tools to
support the development of code for NSPS. As a member of the NSPS
Team, may be engaged with design and development work that covers the
entire spectrum of Human Resource life cycle management. This
includes work on initial conversion of employees and positions into
NSPS, developing new NSPS code and data structures that support the
NSPS business process, system interface requirements, AUTORIF,
Position Requirements Document, and other HR related functions. As
required, engage with the Oracle Fed Team on design aspects of the
Fed HR product to ensure interoperability with any custom code
requirements and integration to DCPDS. Interact with a variety of
personnel to include HR functional specialists from CPMS, HR
specialists from Lockheed Martin, representatives from the Program
Executive Office for NSPS, and developers from the Oracle Fed Team.
Salary is negotiable and depends on experience
