Ack.  Perhaps we ought to have a filter that rejects any email
that's more than, say, 80% quoted text or something.  It could also
change top-posting emails to chronological order.  I bet I could
do it in a 20 line Perl script....  Does the excessive redundancy
bother anyone else here bothered by excessive redundancy?
