[SATLUG] recommend a PDA?

Hey, I just dropped my old Handspring Visor and broke the screen, so I
guess it's time to get a new PDA.

I'm stuck in my current cellphone plan for a few more months, but was
thinking about getting cell support.  If cell then also bluetooth,
since otherwise the PDA makes a bulky thing to hold to your ear.

I've heard Zaurus a lot, are there others that you might recommend? 
I'm looking for expandability and some kind of application development
environment.
