I have some hypothetical questions for the group.

If for your work you had to run part of your business on on the Windows server 
platform (i.e.no choice, and assuming that you don't know anything about the 
Windows server platform)... Coming from a Linux/Linux-server background, what 
type of questions would you ask a Windows Guru before considering adding 
Windows to your environment?

Yes.. I'm looking for the type of QUESTIONS that you would ASK.

For example:
-Is there a built in MTA?  How functional is it?
-Is there a built in Web server?  What types of dynamic content can I run on 
it?
-What server functions require this Active Directory thing?
-What options are there for automated patching?
-How do I tie Windows server authentication in with existing RADIUS or LDAP 
systems?
-How do I properly backup Windows Server, or what special Windows backup 
considerations do I need to be aware of?
-What database options do I have on the Windows Server Platform?

That's the kind of stuff that we're looking for.

Flag me off list (unless you're just wanting to spawn a discussion or holy 
war... ;).
