On /boot and / I'm running stock ext3.

On /video I'm running reiserfs.  

I FCx to get full reiser support (i.e. in the install GUI, in the RPMs that 
get installed on Fedora (the reiser tools) as well as an initrd that includes 
the fs module), at the install boot CD you need to issue the command:
	boot: linux reiserfs

Then you can use reiser in Fedroa (this includes Centos too i believe, althogh 
I don't know first hand).
