[SATLUG] Software RAID Problems

I've been trying to setup Sofware RAID on my server using 3 18GB U160 SCSI
drives, and although I can get the array working, but writing to it will
cause the system to lock up, with a long error message on the console (I
don't have the full error anymore) stating something about NULL pointer at
an invalid address. (Yeah, not very helpful there...) The controller is a
qLogic ISP1020 [qlogicisp.o] and the drives are all Seagate model
ST318406LW. This happens in either RAID 0, 5, or linear mode (I haven't
tried RAID 1 yet, seeing as how that's not the mode I need). The same
controller and drives all work fine if used as individual devices. Any input
or suggestions would be greatly appriecated.
