It can't be done.  Think about it for a minute.  If it were possible for
you to change your password without knowing the old password, it would
also be possible for anyone else to do the same.  Having possession of the
secret key doesn't help you in this case.

If you can't remember the old passphrase, I suggest you just revoke the
key by sending in that revocation certificate you made at the time you
generated the key.  (You made one and stored it away in a safe place,
right?  Right?)  After that, generate a new key pair.
