[SATLUG] ISP comparison

That is the same as all of them.  Even RR does not guarantee speeds.  I live
less than a quarter mile from the DSLAM,  and have been enjoying some great
reliability.  The only speed guarantees are from SDSL and dedicated service.
(much higher cost)
That is, except for one 12 hour period when some lamer technician decided to
wipe out the router tables and it took that long to get hold of an engineer
to rebuild them! LOL
