I think that's the default, and beware: it doesn't work with all
burners.  The good news is, if it doesn't work, you'll find out
quickly enough WITHOUT generating a coaster :-).  Also, Track-At-Once
works on every drive I've encountered.  N.B.: Disk-At-Once is preferred
if your burner supports it.
