Yep, its running.

Apache is running locally

Samba also appears to be running. I tested positive on all of the tests up
until I hit the net view. Everything appears to be functioning properly, I just
cannot connect so now I am thinking that it must have something to do with the
built in default firewall. Now, to start looking again. :-)
